The 5th World Congress of Reproductive Biology (WCRB 2023) will be held from 13th to 15th September 2023 at Beijing Conference Center (BCC).

Our rooms are reserved at Building No. 9 in BCC from 12th to 15th September 2023, as their rooms are not sold to the public, and they do not accept bookings individually, so the only way to book this hotel is through our registration system. Please follow the instructions below to book your room during the congress.

1. WCRB2023 Special Room Rate

Standard Twin Room: CNY 650 per room per night including tax and 1-2 breakfasts.

The reservation system also provides the reservation by bed at CNY 325 per bed per night including tax and 1 breakfast. There are two beds in one standard twin room.

For budget concerns, if you can not find a roommate by yourself, and are willing to share a room with another person you may not know but also our congress attendee, you can just book a bed. We will help you find your roommate of the same gender, but if it is failed, a single supplement will be added and you still need to pay for the room instead of bed costs.

2. Book a room

Please complete your congress registration with the payment first, and click Hotel Reservation in your Personal Center (menu on the left) to book a room.

3. Check-in and check-out date

• - Rooms are available to book from 12th to 15th September 2023.
• - The check-in date starts on 12th September 2023, and the check-out date is no later than 16th September 2023.
• - If you request early arrival (before 12th September 2023) or extend to stay (after 15th September 2023) please email us at wcrb2023@chinastargroup.com. We will collect the requests and forward them to the hotel, but kindly note that the pre/post-stay may not be guaranteed according to the room availabilities, and the hotel could only confirm the requests one month before the check-in date.

4. Payment and Invoice/Fapiao

• - One-night room/bed rate is requested as a deposit to secure the room.
• - Deposit will be collected ONLINE only, and the money will be transferred to the hotel directly. When you check out, please pay the balance to the hotel directly and request your invoice/fapiao from the hotel. The invoice/fapiao will be issued by the hotel with your total amount of room/bed rate.

5. Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation notice is received

• - Before July 15th, 2023, the deposit will be refundable.
• - On and after July 16th, 2023, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Remarks:

• - Hotel official check-in time is after 2 pm and they will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time (subject to availability). Should you prefer to guarantee your room to be ready prior to your early arrival, may we suggest that the room is reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on the congress rates.
• - Hotel check-out time is before 1 pm on the day of departure. Should you wish to check out after the normal check-out time, 50% of the applicable room rate will be charged. A full night’s rate per room will be charged for check-out required after 6 pm, subject to the hotel’s sole discretion based on room availability.
